the Plant
The Plant is a mill redevelopment in the Valley Street neighborhood of Providence. The Plant tries to be a different mill community by focusing on what artists need, which is large, flexible space at an affordable price. The mill is a mix of restaurant space, commercial, office and residential. The site features the typical portfolio of available spaces, but also lets tenants make their own page as an advertisement for their business.
