Pattern work & emblem design for Hookfast Specialties

Hookfast is a badge and emblem manufacturer in Providence, RI. They do work mainly for law enforcement and fire departments all over the country, but they have non-municipal clients as well. Pictured here are some head badge designs for the Rivendell Bike Company, and an extraordinarily detailed medal for the Jamestown Counter Revolution. While we design the art and "fake" the shadows and highlights of the piece to get it approved by the client, the real artistry is done by a local team of metal crafts people.
