HCd had a working relationship with Chestnut Hill Realty after many direct-mail and advertsing campaigns for their Brokerage division and their Providence property, the Regency Plaza. So when CHR was ready to break ground on a new condo development, it made sense to hire HCd for the new identity. After an initial round of 6 ideas, the group quickly focused onto the final organic and open mark with a subtle hint at an “S” and a “G”. Another round of refining and trying other variations on the mark, and a few rounds of color later, and we had a complete logo ready to be applied to signage, advertisements, and web ads.
