1 Club Tournament

The Button Hole One Club Tournament is an annual fundraising event for an urban golf course in Johnston, RI. Button Hole is a after-school and at-risk youth program. The New Harbor Group approached us with this opportunity, and from time to time, HCd works with other design groups to help facilitate their work. The client, in this case, wanted the mark to do it all... as you can see from the sketches, the final had elements from all of our initial ideas. It became an "everything but the kitchen sink" type of illustration, but this mark didn't need to do a lot of things that logos typically have to do, so it turned out ok.
